Operations Support [FLO FLC]

Job Summary
Conduct order fulfillment support by liaising with customers and the operations team on inventory, shipment activities, and urgent order coordination. Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external stakeholders while verifying vendor invoices and managing warehouse supply replenishment. Monitor system transaction accuracy and resolve operational issues through direct customer feedback and vendor coordination. Maintain compliance with company policies and perform assigned tasks as needed. This role requires a diploma in logistics or business administration, one year of industry experience, and proficiency in MS Office and WMS systems. Maersk is an integrated container logistics company connecting and simplifying global supply chains across 130 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Positive Attitude and Good Team Player
