Job Summary
Operations Support-Flatbed at Swift Transportation. Responsibilities include providing drivers with necessary support to ensure loads are delivered safely and on time, fueling and routing drivers while promoting safety, dispatching necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to address immediate issues, resolving driver issues within authorized limits, and ensuring load targets and on-time delivery. Requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and prior driving/operations or customer experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to work in high pressure situations
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
