Job Summary
Conduct daily data analysis and repository maintenance for reporting needs while tracking key outage movements and changes impacting on-time delivery. Maintain daily records of outages, manage task updates, and run Python scripts for On Time Delivery and critical task reports. Prepare financials at the outage level, support regional communications, and monitor global critical timelines for Escalations, MOR, and SI&OP. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate demand signals, ensure timely follow-ups with KPI owners, and drive positive results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. This one-year TareeGE program offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven opportunities and process improvement using Lean methodologies within a global heavy-duty gas turbine services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics and /or related backgrounds
- Proficient in Excel
- Intermediate skills in Windows and other Office apps
- Power BI
- Basic VBA/Tableau skills or familiarity with basic programming languages
- Understanding of Basic LLMs (Chat GPT, Claude)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- In line with the localization requirements of UAE
- UAE Nationals holding a Family Book
Desired Qualifications
- Maximum 2 years of experience in data reporting and/or data analysis based role
- Understanding of Chat Agents & AI Workflows
- Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science and/or related Engineering backgrounds are preferred
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks with quality and integrity
- Proven to be a team player, keen to learn and adapt to change
- Be an agent of change in the organization for new tools & capabilities
- Demonstrated project handling and continuous improvement
- Understanding of lean concepts
- Strong analytical and process skills
