Job Summary
Operations & Support Engineer for ePTO infrastructure and Digital Platform, providing technical leadership and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include ePTO readiness & scalability, delivering customer-centric insights to support business decisions, leading initiatives to improve scalability and operability, developing and maintaining documentation and training materials, onboarding customers and assets to the Digital Platform, and providing 3rd-line support for digital products (e.g., DTS), as well as supporting product rollouts, incident resolution, post-incident reviews, and preventive measures. Requirements emphasize Linux-based embedded systems, IoT/electrification focus, strong English communication, high-voltage certification or willingness to certify, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong affinity with IoT, electrification, and commercial vehicles
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based embedded systems
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Certified or willing to be certified on high voltage systems
- Strong analytical and solution-driven
- Clear communicator with strong writing abilities
- Organized, team-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and remote teams
