Operations Support Director

Job Summary
Directs and coordinates site operations with P&L responsibility, developing strategies, policies and programs across multiple sites. Leads measurement strategy, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to align manufacturing with business development goals. Coordinates with executive leadership and major customers, and drives operational change through Lean and World Class Manufacturing practices. Responsible for budgeting, staffing, and achieving industry-leading operational performance, including asset and resource planning, and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems to enable efficient, effective operations. Remote-enabled role with travel as necessary; open to candidates near US locations including MA, PA, MN, TX, AZ, and OR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Twelve plus years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in World Class Manufacturing/Lean implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with other sites
- Experience defining measurement strategy and performance targets
- Ability to conduct strategic planning, budgeting and cost management
- Proven ability to interact with executives and major customers
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related tools
- Understand manufacturing processes and operational metrics (quality, on-time delivery, profitability)
