Job Summary
Assist team members in accurately opening and maintaining client accounts while providing timely, high‐quality service to advisors and relationship managers. Execute daily requests while continuing to monitor ongoing project lists. Manage multiple tasks with professionalism and care to exceed expectations. Responsibilities include primary processing for new accounts and account maintenance, coordinating with custodians to ensure accurate, timely completion, supporting advisor coordination and materials for annual client reviews, attending trainings, ensuring compliance with supervisory guidelines, and performing additional duties as assigned. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organization and time management, analytical and problem‐solving abilities, attention to detail, and a background in the financial industry or familiarity with tools like Orion and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
