Senior Operations Support Agent for Noi Bai (Hanoi Airport Ramp) responsible for sorting documents/goods for export and import according to the exploitation process, handling abnormal cases, performing scanning and reporting, coordinating with Delivery and Coordination to handle unusual receipt situations and cases where goods cannot be delivered, contacting customers for additional information or arrangements, coordinating with external departments for delivery information, processing returns to origin or sender in Vietnam, recording and monitoring inventory, storing documents according to regulations, and performing other tasks as assigned; works in shifts and adheres to company labor regulations.
