Job Summary

Operations Support Administrator responsible for coordinating and dispatching reactive and planned maintenance work orders, scheduling activities to meet SLAs and KPIs, allocating work based on technician location and skills, monitoring work orders in field service management systems, providing operational support to Area Managers and field teams, handling client service desk requests, generating reports, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, supporting procurement processes, maintaining accurate records, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management, operations support, trade services, scheduling, or a similar environment
  • Experience using ERP, CAFM, CMMS, or field service management systems (e.g. Astea, SAP, Oracle, Maximo)
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
