Job Summary
Oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account by managing day-to-day field operations and supervising assigned personnel. Act as the client's point of contact and represent leadership on-site, ensuring safe, efficient setup and operation of all water transfer systems. Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources while coordinating with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis. Review and sign daily field tickets, enforce safety policies, and train team members on procedures. Monitor performance of pumps, valves, and fusion machines to drive operational improvements and reduce costs. Requires 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends with travel and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience
- Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year)
- Prior team or project management experience
- Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.)
- Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations
- Valid driver's license
- 12-hour shifts
- Days & Nights
- Overtime & Weekend availability
- Travel required
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
