Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment, monitor daily operations, conduct safety inspections, handle customer complaints, and manage team development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Excel. Relocation for promotional opportunities is expected, along with the ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience supervising unionized employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
