Operations Supervisor

Lead and supervise waste-collection operations. Directly work with the Operations Manager to assign and supervise crews operating solid waste collection equipment; monitor daily operations, reassign employees, and adjust staffing as needed. Develop and track safety goals, conduct field inspections and audits of site personnel to ensure proper work procedures, and address customer complaints regarding collection programs. Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permits. Start time around 5:30am with approximately 10-11 hours per day, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Requires willingness and ability to relocate for promotional opportunities and to obtain Class A or B CDL. Strong leadership mindset and focus on safety, integrity, and service in a decentralized, growth-oriented environment.
