Operations Supervisor - Warehouse (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks including loading/unloading trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations. Supervise most processes directly including workforce and equipment scheduling, conduct team meetings, and make corrective action decisions up to the written warning level. Establish and sustain training, performance standards, and safety compliance while managing inventory accuracy and minimizing overtime. Interview hourly associates, provide coaching, and determine areas for continuous improvement to meet customer goals and location performance targets.
