Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations by supervising loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service activities while managing workforce and equipment scheduling. Establish training standards, interview hourly associates, and conduct safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory policies. Monitor productivity, attendance, and inventory accuracy to minimize overtime and meet financial targets. Evaluate work methods for continuous improvement and provide relief coverage during staff absences. Present to customer meetings as needed and drive process improvements to align with location goals.
