Operations Supervisor - Warehouse - Bilingual - 2nd Shift (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Provide operational leadership to ensure execution of daily tasks including loading/unloading trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations. Supervise workforce and equipment scheduling, conduct team meetings, and make corrective action or disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Manage hiring recommendations, monitor attendance and productivity, and coach associates on performance standards. Ensure compliance with financial policies, safety strategies, and regulatory agencies while maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing overtime. Plan work assignments for effective equipment use and coordinate vendor maintenance.
