Operations Supervisor - Warehouse - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks including loading/unloading trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations. Supervise logistics processes, workforce and equipment scheduling, and conduct team meetings while making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Interview hourly associates, establish performance standards, and monitor attendance and productivity to provide coaching and counseling. Manage inventory accuracy, returns, and damages in compliance with financial policies, minimize overtime, and ensure alignment with location safety strategy and regulatory requirements. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility for peak season and business needs. Bonus eligible based on individual and location performance.
