Job Summary
Oversee operations of the records center and vault, supervise delivery service and staffing, and ensure adherence to quality concepts to drive continuous improvements. Responsible for budget control and forecasting, vehicle fleet maintenance for drivers, facilities/equipment upkeep, inventory control and daily vault audits, and providing courteous, professional customer service. Collaborate with the Area Vice President and Director of Operations to enhance the company’s quality program and operational benchmarks. Lead hiring, training, and policy enforcement to maintain proper staffing levels and efficient operations. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on oversight of facilities, equipment, and client interaction in Anchorage, AK.
