Job Summary
Oversee an efficient, productive, and safe department within the Distribution Center while meeting daily production requirements. Spend a minimum of 90% of the shift on the floor reviewing orders, directing associates, and managing day-to-day activity including planning, flow, and resource allocation. Develop and motivate a workforce of 20+ associates, ensuring high morale and building effective relationships with business partners, management, the Union, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and Transportation. Ensure the area meets all safety and housekeeping standards while reviewing practices to recommend operational improvements. This role supports the TJX family's mission to delight shoppers across four global home offices and seven brands.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates
- 4-6 years of experience
- High School graduate
- College preferred or equivalent work experience
- Communication skills
