Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned customer program during a shift; coach and develop CSRs to meet or exceed KPIs; ensure CSRs are trained on product and system updates; perform floor support as a subject-matter expert on policy; manage queue and assist with business reporting and KPI analysis; implement assessments and monitor performance against quality standards; participate in calibration sessions and client meetings; conduct team-building and design performance-based incentive programs; requires strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and communication skills to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
