Job Summary
Direct venue operations by managing all center employees and ensuring strict adherence to procedures and policies. Assist leadership in preparing budgets, forecasting, financial recording, and reporting while allocating staffing and scheduling budgets. Plan and implement sales programs to achieve overall sales objectives, oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, and maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment. Provide friendly, courteous customer service to guests and staff. Requires 2 years of FOH experience, 1 year supervisory experience, and the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of FOH experience
- Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
- Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time
- Must be able to lift 30 – 50 lbs. Regularly
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old
