Operations Supervisor - Transportation (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Lead and supervise drivers and hourly staff to meet customer requirements and company objectives. Manage scheduling, training, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions; oversee daily tasks including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, dispatch, and customer service operations. Conduct team meetings, drive process improvements and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial policies and productivity targets. Coordinate with fleet management, vendors, and Penske Truck Leasing to ensure equipment maintenance and accurate records. Demonstrate strong communication to motivate and engage associates, and support hiring through interviews and onboarding as needed.
