Job Summary
Oversee daily factory production and logistics operations by organizing workflows, scheduling assignments, and monitoring performance to meet targets. Manage factory operatives including loaders and pallet handlers through supervision, attendance tracking, and continuous recruitment and training. Set productivity standards, maintain accurate records of output and expenses, and prepare periodic reports for management. Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance, resolve operational conflicts, and implement cost-control measures for manpower utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence while maintaining confidentiality of staff information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in factory operations, production supervision, logistics, or workforce management
- Experience supervising factory operatives or production staff
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of production processes, logistics coordination, and workflow planning
- Ability to manage schedules, manpower allocation, and operational reporting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and reporting tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and PPE compliance requirements
- Ability to work shifts and manage fast-paced operational environments
