Operations Supervisor - TJB

Train, supervise, and schedule all operations staff while managing inmate populations, including meals, work periods, visitation, and furloughs. Conduct intake assessments when necessary, evaluate staff performance annually, and organize monthly staff meetings. Implement security policies, ensure safety and welfare for inmates and visitors, and delegate center operations and security responsibilities. Perform written facility inspections, conduct accurate counts per policy, and facilitate emergency procedures. Manage department documentation and data entry on WRIMS. Participate in weekly clinical staff meetings and monthly department head meetings with the Facility Director. Available to work all shifts, including weekends.
