Job Summary
Operations Supervisor responsible for coordinating multiple service-center operations (Dock, P&D, Road) to achieve productivity, safety, and service targets. Oversees staff, enforces security and loss prevention procedures, develops safety procedures per OSHA/DOT guidelines, collaborates with Central Dispatch to plan linehaul movements, and schedules employees to meet company run bids and service requirements. Strong emphasis on organization, communication, and handling freight processes efficiently within Appleton, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the position or willing to self-relocate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills
- Previous dock operations or supervisory experience not required but preferred
- Bachelor's Degree not required but preferred
