Job Summary
Lead and manage a technical service group in a calibration and repair laboratory. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements and company objectives, managing budgeted financial objectives with P&L responsibilities, overseeing staff and quality programs (ISO/IEC 17025/KEMA/UKAS), enhancing operational efficiencies, supporting sales, and maximizing asset utilization. Role requires independence, initiative, and the ability to guide other employees; travel to domestic and possibly international locations may be required. Requires 10+ years in calibration and repair, 2+ years as a section lead or supervisor, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Calibration and Repair industry
- Formal experience in Physical Dimensional, RF/Microwave and general test equipment calibration
- At least 2 years’ experience as a section lead or supervisor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to manage and motivate employees
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs
- Travel may be required to other domestic and possibly international locations
