Job Summary
Ops Supervisor leading a tax information reporting team in a hybrid Memphis-based role. Oversees preparation and review of tax documents and regulatory filings, ensures IRS and global tax compliance, drives process improvements and automation, mentors and coaches team members, communicates performance against KPIs, manages budgets and resources, and partners with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Experience leading tax reporting teams or equivalent
- Knowledge of IRS and global tax regulations
- Able to oversee preparation and review of tax documents and regulatory filings
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Budgeting and resource planning
- Quality and risk management
- FINRA licenses/certifications: SIE, Series 99 or ability to obtain within required timelines (per posting)
