Operations Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations of the operations staff responsible for refuse and recycling in the assigned area; supervise staff, enforce safety rules, and foster a safety-first culture. Collaborate with customers, ownership, maintenance, customer service, dispatch, and sustainability teams to ensure seamless interactions. Use computer systems to track routing, productivity, and customer experience. Requires four years of supervisory experience in waste/recycling and a valid Class D license; HS diploma/GED preferred. Proactively lead and mentor team members, apply de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills, and communicate effectively to maintain accountability and a positive team dynamic. Knowledge of Tower, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Google Maps, Onboard Routing System, and the geography of Casa Grande area is beneficial.
