Job Summary
Floor Lead, Operations at Ana Luisa oversees store performance through operational excellence, inventory integrity, and elevated client experiences. Responsibilities include coaching a high-performing team, driving inventory accuracy and loss prevention, achieving sales KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT, client retention), delivering bespoke client service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing front/back of house operations, supporting clienteling, and partnering with HQ Operations to optimize processes. Requires 2–3+ years in luxury/premium retail with strong organizational skills, experience with inventory systems, Shopify, and a client-focused approach; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience
