Operations Supervisor (SLC)

Job Summary
Oversee domestic contract handling and coordinate, control, and improve cargo operations at Salt Lake City for Air General. Develop objectives and procedures to meet customer targets, ensure safe and punctual operation of domestic flight services, administer comprehensive training plans, supervise employees, and implement corrective actions for service lapses. Maintain strict compliance with FAA, airport, and security procedures, investigate incidents, prepare concise written reports, and foster effective communication with customers and internal teams to drive service improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain a valid airport SIDA badge
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid and unexpired US Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security checks
