Job Summary
Operations Supervisor oversees EMS deployment readiness and serves as a bridge between dispatch, command staff, and multiple shifts. Provides patient care per company protocols, ensures ambulance and equipment readiness, completes and manages reports (PCR, billing, incident reports), schedules personnel and trucks, conducts audits, handles escalations via trouble tickets, and maintains compliance with State of Georgia EMS rules. Requires EMT-P qualifications with BLS/ACLS and PALS within 6 months, plus a Georgia driver’s license. Must demonstrate leadership, multitasking, strong documentation, and on-site emergency medical services knowledge in a high-demand environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum EMT-P Qualifications
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS or equivalent certification (within 6 months of hire date)
- Current State of Georgia Driver’s License
