Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor oversees Paramedic duties and coordinates daily deployment readiness, reports to the Operations Manager, and maintains communication between operations supervisors, command staff, and multiple shifts. Provides patient care per company policy and medical director protocols, ensures EMS equipment and vehicles are ready daily, completes reports (PCR, billing, exposure, incident, unit check-offs), manages scheduling and crew/truck readiness, handles dispatch-related tasks and crisis emails, and ensures adherence to Georgia EMS rules and company standards. Requires EMT-P qualifications and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months), and a Georgia driver’s license; role is non-exempt and on-site in Covington, GA. Physical and cognitive requirements reflect EMS operations, with emphasis on timely, accurate reporting and cross-functional coordination.
