Job Summary
Review orders and direct associates while maintaining a productive, positive workforce by spending at least 90% of the shift on the floor. Manage daily department activity including planning, flow, and resource allocation to meet or exceed production requirements within the Distribution Center. Ensure high levels of quality, service, safety, and housekeeping while building effective relationships with business partners and management. Develop and motivate associates to maintain morale and company culture through coaching and conflict resolution. Make recommendations on practices and processes to drive constant operational improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates
- 4-6 years of experience
- High School graduate
- College preferred or equivalent work experience
- Communication, coaching and development, strong math and PC skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
- Must be available to support multiple shifts
