Operations Supervisor, Part Time-Tforce Freight

Job Summary
Oversees multiple operations (Dock, P&D, and Road Dispatch) and directly participates in activities that impact customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load averages, cube utilization, and safety. Manages, plans, and directs assigned employees; implements security and loss prevention procedures; prepares and enforces safety procedures per TFF and government guidelines; develops action plans to meet productivity and service targets; collaborates with Central Dispatch to design efficient line haul plans; schedules employees according to hours planning, bid processes, and service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous dock operations and/or supervision experience within the transportation industry - Preferred
