Job Summary
Operations Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities across multiple departments, ensuring efficient inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processes. Manage workload and set productivity goals to meet customer demands; train, coach, and develop employees for efficiency, accuracy, profitability, safety, and security. Conduct interviews, hire/promote, onboard, and support career-path progression. Oversee scheduling via workforce management software (UKG) and drive continuous improvement through lean principles to boost operational efficiency and customer profits. Maintain knowledge of contractual requirements and key performance metrics; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of supervisor experience or equivalent work experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
