Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for multiple client sites across Oakridge Park by onboarding and coaching frontline teams, conducting quality inspections, and managing staffing levels and budgets. Build strong relationships with clients to resolve service requests and operational needs promptly while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements. Travel throughout your assigned region to support day, evening, and weekend shifts, utilizing systems like Dayforce and OrangeQC to manage payroll, reporting, and facility maintenance. Maintain supply inventory and equipment within budget while prioritizing multiple responsibilities to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a multi-site operational environment
- 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry
- A passion for coaching others and creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and proactively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence using technology such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office to manage operations efficiently
- The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- A valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and the flexibility to travel throughout your assigned territory
- Eligibility to Work in Canada at the time an offer of employment is made
- Consent to a background check and security clearance
- Good standing credit (for positions with access to financial data or funds)
