Job Summary

Coordinate supporting needs and output activities across departments while prioritizing workloads and personnel requirements to meet customer order deadlines. Study production schedules for accurate shop floor layout, ensure materials are accessible to builder crews, and report machine malfunctions. Interpret company policies, implement safety regulations, and assist workers in solving work problems. Manage process improvements through the quality management system, train staff on equipment efficiency changes, and analyze work problems to suggest plans that motivate workers to achieve goals. Perform activities of supervised employees and assist with performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Ideally 5 plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
