Job Summary
Lead your production team to its full potential in the warehouse environment. Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production. Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and ensure projects and orders are completed on time. Drive and lead events such as LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Pass a drug test and background check
