Job Summary
Operations Supervisor leads warehouse/distribution teams on the night shift, directing work, ensuring safety and quality, scheduling, assigning duties, monitoring shipping accuracy, coaching staff, and supporting process improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in warehousing/distribution with six months of supervisory experience; proficient in PC/Microsoft Office; must travel up to ~25% and thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required
- Minimum of six months supervisory experience
- PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office
