Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations at Lowe's distribution center as Operations Supervisor Night. Oversees receiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks; allocates workload for optimal flow; enforces safety protocols and conducts training; responds to changing workflow with real-time decisions; resolves operational issues to minimize disruptions; communicates business objectives and performance expectations; provides guidance to associates and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain performance; emphasizes safety culture and ongoing process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds (with or without assistance)
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
