Job Summary
Implement and administer Loomis policies while overseeing daily operations, armored and ATM routes, and vault security. Coordinate dispatch, maintain vehicle and equipment schedules, and manage employee training to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Investigate incidents, process paperwork, and resolve customer complaints or logistical issues. Control overtime and monitor vacation schedules to maintain productivity. Provide leadership in recruiting, interviewing, and supervising operations personnel.
Required Qualifications
- A valid firearms permit
- A strong, positive, leadership and supervisory presence proven through professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach, coach, and present to small and large groups
- Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field
- Experience in banking or retail cash, and ATM operations
- Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
