Job Summary
Lead municipal waste and recycling operations, supervising drivers and field staff, optimizing routes, and ensuring safe, reliable service delivery. Responsible for coordinating with operations, business development, and customer service; monitoring performance, audits, and safety compliance; overseeing route planning, vehicle maintenance coordination, and data systems (routing software/tablets). Drive continuous improvement through process changes, training, and coaching of personnel; manage service changes, KPIs, and communication with municipal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field is considered a strong asset.
