Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities, drive efficiency and safety, manage workforce scheduling, monitor productivity, coach and manage performance of the production team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, report on operations, uphold quality and 5S standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of information.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years previous experience in production and supervisory related experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365
- Regularly required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
