Job Summary
Lead and motivate a warehouse operations team (10-30 associates) at a Reno, NV fulfillment center across replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, and returns. Drive shift operational flow, resource flexibility, and cost-effective service levels; establish and share team performance through metrics; ensure safety and policy adherence; hire, train, and develop distribution center staff; collaborate cross-functionally with other supervisors to achieve broader goals; leverage WMS/OMS and Excel for data-driven decision making; able to handle physically demanding tasks and overtime during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years warehouse operations experience
- 1+ years supervisory or lead experience
- Systems experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications
- Prior 3PL operations experience
- Prior B2B wholesale experience
- Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs; ability to stand/walk/bend for extended periods; overtime flexibility
