Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor responsible for implementing Loomis policies and procedures and overseeing daily armored route, vault, and terminal operations. Lead the professional employee-centered culture, ensure safe and secure operations, and deliver high-level service while maintaining cost-effective and productive operations. Key duties include scheduling and routing, overseeing armored and ATM routes, vault and terminal operations, safety and security training, incident investigations, customer-service development, cross-functional coordination with sales and other branches, overtime and vacation management, and recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of operations personnel. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communications skills, and experience in transportation/logistics or related field; familiarity with banking or retail cash and ATM operations is preferred.
