Operations Supervisor/Lead – Production

Job Summary
Lead a team of Production Associates to meet daily production goals and support brand partners in a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on safety-first operations, coaching and developing hourly staff, achieving KPIs, conducting daily shift briefings, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, monitoring throughput, minimizing downtime in collaboration with maintenance, and driving continuous improvement through 5S and Lean initiatives. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Business Management
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Forklift certification or production equipment experience (preferred)
- Experience working with apparel or outdoor brands (preferred)
- Interest or experience in the circular economy
