Job Summary
Operations Supervisor, Last Mile at RXO leads and assigns daily activities for associates, instructs on equipment, procedures, and housekeeping, monitors tools and supplies, oversees equipment usage and safety, and manages inventory and issue resolution to maximize productivity. The role requires supervisory experience, extensive logistics/transportation background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred credentials include a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, math/analytic, and leadership skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs. Offers compensation in the stated range with potential bonus or commission.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
