Job Summary
Lead a team of operators and laborers to ensure fill sequencing plans are adhered to, density goals are achieved, and landfill operations comply with applicable permits. Execute safety, customer experience, and efficiency initiatives by removing unsafe conditions, maintaining equipment compliance, and resolving service requests with timely stakeholder communication. Manage labor hours and disposal expenses to meet budgeted goals while building talent through coaching and active employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- State certification as required by regulation
- Minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Experience in labor relations
