Job Summary
Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment, ensuring safety and quality; determine work volume and schedules to optimize costs; assign duties, monitor shipping of outbound orders, and maintain associate accountability per SOPs. Train staff on policies, procedures, and Standard Works; mentor and coach, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in Safety Committee; assist in process development and improvements; travel ~25% as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related
- Minimum of six months supervisory experience
- PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office
