Job Summary
Conduct safety audits, enforce safe working methods, and maintain a hazard-free environment across warehouse operations. Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management while generating daily route plans and optimizing deliveries. Lead the team by assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and providing coaching on SOPs, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Manage driver bookings, verify freight against manifests, and address delivery complaints or lost packages promptly. Submit comprehensive daily reports, complete timesheets, and perform data entry as required. Respond to emergencies and ensure high service standards in this fast-paced, shift-based warehouse setting.

- Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Package dispatching process
- Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process
- Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs
- Generate the next day's route plan
- Send optimization emails to the Optimization team
- Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out
- Loading Unload trailers
- Verify freight against manifests
- Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages
- Include defective items and returns
- Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs
- Submit comprehensive daily reports
- Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager
- Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports
- Report back on compliance to IDC liaison
- Complete daily timesheets
- Submit to the Station Manager
- Perform data entry as needed
- Assign daily tasks to staff
- Monitor productivity
- Ensure compliance with SOPs
- Prepare and monitor performance reports
- Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff
- Include onboarding of new hires
- Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and assess employee performance
- Assess workplace conduct and compliance
- Include discipline where appropriate
