Job Summary
Oversee training and daily activities of operators at water/wastewater treatment facilities; provide technical direction and training to personnel; manage work-order system maintenance; track and submit monthly reports; ensure SOPs, OSHA and DOT compliance; communicate with clients on technical aspects; train staff on plant operations, repair/installation techniques, and safe work practices; assess and implement improvements to operating systems and SOPs; prepare daily, monthly, and annual data for project managers; assist in regulatory inspections and ensure compliance; perform other duties as assigned; requires Class 2 WW license and 7-10 years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Class 2 Water/Wastewater License
- 7-10 years water/wastewater experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Water/Wastewater Operator’s License (state/site requirements)
- CDL preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
