Job Summary
Manage two retail locations by supervising staff, monitoring staffing schedules, and resolving escalated customer and employee complaints. Process daily transactions, wires, ATM settlements, vault balancing, and fraud detection while ensuring strict adherence to Alpine Way and CARE standards. Lead talent management efforts including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, and oversee training for Customer Service and Personal Banking Representatives. Set location goals aligned with bank-wide objectives, review customer surveys for coaching plans, and maintain budget adherence. Requires regular on-site attendance, strong cash handling skills, and proficiency in banking compliance regulations.

- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent
- Completion of Alpine Bank Advanced New Accounts training
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver's License
- Previous cash-handling and/or customer service experience
- A minimum of two (2) years working as a Personal Banking Representative II, Lead CSR or PBR, or Operations Specialist
- Three (3) years of experience working on frontline at a financial institution
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance
- Some evening and weekend hours
- Occasional travel
